- If marked as delivered but not received, please check nearby locations or contact the local courier office.
- Lost or stolen packages may require a formal claim with the carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and notify us as soon as possible.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Providing a complete and accurate delivery address is essential. Tiworld is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

- Address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
8. Returned Shipments
